Dublin City Council zone and tariff changes

The 2019 Dublin City Council parking bye-laws come into effect on the 1st of July, 2019.

Whats happening?

Dublin City Council have amended their bye-laws to expand the Yellow and Red zones in the City. They have also increased the price of parking in both zones. However, as a Parking Tag customer you will pay less per hour than those paying at a parking meter. The map on the Parking Tag app will be updated in line with these changes.

You can view the new map here. Please see table of charges below.

When will it happen?

Between the 1st and 15th of July Dublin City Council will be busy updating on-street signage across the city. Our price increase will come into effect on July 15th, 2019.

What next?

As a Parking Tag customer, it is imperative to check local parking signage for the zone, tariff and restrictions each time you park. Please note signage will be updated in parts of the Yellow, Red and Green zones, so it is as important as ever to check those signs!
